Design support for product and communications
We bring a team into ongoing product and communication work for at least 3 months. We design and improve interfaces, prepare campaign and launch materials, and develop design systems and templates.
We step in when
Product improvements, campaigns and ongoing materials run in parallel, and the internal team does not have enough time for everything. We take on an agreed part of the work, from interface improvements to communication materials.
What the process looks like
Briefing
We immerse ourselves in the product, working materials and upcoming launches. We agree on the direction, scope and boundaries of support, expected outcomes and a client-side owner.
Joining the workflow
We define the team composition and get access to working materials. During the first month, we learn the processes and establish a working rhythm together with the client’s team.
Work cycle
We plan product work around user flows, sections and releases, and communication work around campaigns, launches and sets of materials. Once a week, we share what is complete, what remains in progress and which decisions are needed from the client. Materials go through an internal design review before handoff.
Review
Once a month, we review completed work and plans for the next period. When needed, we adjust priorities, focus or team composition.
What we take on
We examine the available analytics, feedback and user flows. We design new features and flows and improve existing screens. We prepare states, responsive layouts and notes for development.

We develop components, UI kits or design systems, organise working files and document usage rules. We prepare layouts and explanations for development and review the implementation when agreed.

We find a visual direction for campaigns and special projects. We show how the solution works in the agreed formats and channels, then prepare the main layouts and adaptations.

We create the structure and design of pages for product launches, promotions, partnership and recruitment campaigns. We hand over the source files.

We prepare banners, emails, advertising layouts, resizes and adaptations. We bring the visual solution to the required channels and formats while keeping the communication style consistent.

We integrate into the client’s team and establish the full design production cycle. We create and develop the visual language of the project and its recurring formats, and design for social media and other formats using the available analytics and feedback.

We create presentations, reports, guides, onboarding, sales and partner materials. For ongoing work, we prepare templates and a library of source files and keep them up to date.

We review ideas from the internal team and contractors, check layouts and consolidate feedback. We check the quality of materials before development handoff or publication.

A team with the right expertise
Working model — support for at least 3 months
Plan monthly capacity
We agree on the team’s workload for the period. Priorities can change as work progresses.
Resolve design debt
When there is less urgent work, we switch to systematic improvements that are usually postponed.
Task-specific specialists
We bring in specialists in 3D/CGI and motion design, UX researchers, illustrators and copywriters.
Permanent core team

Manager
Maintains the task list, tracks deadlines, gathers feedback and documents decisions.

Art director
Conducts design reviews and examines concepts and layouts. Checks compliance with the visual system’s rules and reviews final materials.
